Last 10 days of being a Senior Student -- How is it?

'Corina, sulat ka naman' said my classmate as she reaches out to me a notebook. Specifically, it's a dedication notebook. A stuff like such is up mostly if
classes will nearly come to an end. Last years were nothing but goodbyes which will also come to hellos!. But this year is the most tearful and different one. Why? -- Because at this point of time, we are Senior Students who are going to leave our Alma Mater in 10 days.

The past few weeks - days after our Finaals, until now. We've got nothing to do but practice, practice and practice! oh, the clearance thingy.

Last Saturday, we went to the mall to buy an at least 2-inch closed shoes. Fortunately, SM offers their own product that has big sizes of shoes.. FYI, my size is 10. About my heels? Oh, never mind. The saleslady told us that it's just 1 and 1/4. Which favors me! I hate heels, they're like hell. They just make your feet a complete disaster. I tried wearing these heels for just seconds to practice as I eventually started to feel the pain. WAAA. I must bear with this for the whole graduation rites. Yes, I must! o_O

And oh, BTW, I have an award. Wanna know what is it? Hmmm. It's nothing but that
'Loyalty Award' --an award given to students of St. Mary's Academy who studied there since their 1st grade. And I'm one of them. :D

On what I foresee, on the day of graduation, unstoppable tears will flow down from our eyes, future graduates. As we bid goodbye to our high school life, to our real friends through the years and as we step into a new and bigger chapter of our lives --our College life.

Practicum

One of the activities of Senior students @ our school is our Practicum. Naahh!~ It's a project, though. An enjoyable and fulfilling one. Well, fulfilling because on this day of our Practicum, the 2 only sections in the fourth year prepared foods for our invited guests to eat.
For our section, Wisdom, out theme is HAWAIIAN [SOSYAL]
While for Justice, it's FIESTA [PINOY!]

Well, I'm not into giving details now. But this centerpiece of ours is something we are very proud of. Of course, with the effort exerted by some of the boys in our class.

And so. We have our own different tastes of food.
A very hilarious dance/intermission number from our boys. HAHA!

I tried my best to be a 'good' waitress. But it's simply hard to resist the 'temptation' getting into my nerves to secretly eat some of our foods. Haha. Pakapalan na lang ng mukha!! Bwahaha.

When it was all finished, I admit, I had a 'sweet escape' from the entire thing because it's 'ligpitan' time and I don't want to indulge myself into cleaning stuffs. I'm exhausted. just want to go home. That's all..

AND I THINK THIS PRACTICUM OF OUR BATCH WAS A SUCCESSFUL ONE.

PS: My part for this activity is to be one of the waitresses. I even had my hair 'curled' though it's actually a bit curled already. Haha, but I liked it. :D

Our Last X- Mas Party?

I've posted a blog regarding the title on my Multiply. No worries, it was set to public.

MORE PICTURES ON MY MULTIPLY unfortunately, FOR CONTACTS ONLY. :D

PS: I'm being dominated by DECODE! Waah. Aside from the fact that I so like Edward Cullen, I simply love the song and all that. Waaah! NEW MOON. Come on out! :D So ecstatic :) *Note: I'm still not finished reading the book and the whole thing! :D

Wisdom's Retreat

Preparing stuffs necessary for our Retreat is quite hard for me. Oooh yes, I was indeed disorganized that I actually took hours to complete my packing. Behold, I forgot to bring slippers and to drag my jacket. :(

I headed to school at around 9:55. As usual, I was a BIT late. :D
First, we had our orientation at the AVR. Sitting stiffly, my feet again hurt badly. And again, I must bear with it.
After that, the class have waited for so loong for the transpo until at last, the enormous bus arrived. The bus was proudly labeled 'St. Mary's Academy [With the logo of our school] P. Burgos, Pasay' Pssshhh. Haha. It isn't our school's property and thus was borrowed from that branch. The bus was exaggeratedly big that the whole class, including the 2 teachers and a sister who joined us.

So many blahs and things happened but at last, we arrived at Tagaytay. The place is called as 'Betania Retreat House'[if the spelling's right], have some orientations AGAIN regarding the house rules. And went straightly to our respective rooms. Mostly, rooms should have 2 persons on it. We had 5 sessions, experienced the foggy, cold, yet cool weather. We had two masses, 5 meals a day. Take not, sumptuous, delicious, satisfying, fresh and irresistible foods! Yum :]

To make the long story short, on my own view, the retreat's fine and our performance as well. I think we deserve a 'congratulations' from the people who expect such from us. Too bad on our way home, our adviser didn't permit us to have a stop-over at Colette's or at any buko pie shops. :|

That's all for now. Not in the mood again. :(

Sunday, November 30

Unlucky...

After the 'Exhausting Field Trip' we had, here we are again.. Will face another activities.. SPIRITUAL activities, specifically. Tomorrow will be our Retreat @ Tagaytay. It should be in Baguio. For the past years, Baguio has been the destination. But due to any unknown reason, may balat yata kame sa pwet. =)) For the first time, the place is at Tagaytay. One more THING: The 2 and only 2 sections of fourth year at our school are scheduled at different dates. we, students from Wisdom will have our retreat tomorrow, as I have said while Justice[the home of my BFF'S and Super friends] will have it at December 8-10.

Oh so damn and darn! Why is it like this? Wahh! Wander alone na naman ang drama ko nito! Boooshh.
Still, I haven't prepared my things yet. Later na lang. And heck, I have been visited twice by my monthly visitor. Ang sipag! Err. Kairita. Gross!
